For $5,000, I can’t imagine a less expensive way to get into vintage or road racing. These Fiats were mechanically very reliable. I used to ice race against a similar generation 128 for 3 years and never saw an engine or transmission problem, unlike our SAAB 90.......

I suspect this thing handles like a go cart. It’s small, trailers and stores easily. Has a proven winning track history. If you are looking for a way to get in to road racing where somebody else has done the development work for you. This is the one. You just have t0 get in and drive! Sacramento

PLEASE shift your Saabs only after matching revs. Saves us norse zealots a lot of worry.

On the SAAB 900 we never lost gears or sync’s. It was always the diff. I understand the carrier was aluminum and any type of wheel banging would break it. The other problem was we had a lot of head gasket issues.

Oh, B202 will be B202. Both my NGs were indestructible in all those respects!
